It’s the official bow of the national archery in the schools program. The bow doesn’t have any specific draw length requirement so kids can never truly outgrow this bow. Made completely in the USA this bow is built with an aluminum riser, cam, wheels and sturdy composite limbs. It might not be the prettiest bow in the world but it should last a very long time.
Genesis bows are the first compound bows to eliminate draw length and let-off requirements. They may market that as a positive but the novelty of not having a let-off gets old quickly. That being said the draw is actually very light and there is very little adjustment needed. The cams definitely take some of the tension off your draw but it’s not easy. You can dial in just about any shot for extreme accuracy. For a practice bow you can’t beat the Genesis Original Bow.
